Why it matters

One plant controls the alloy, the machining and the finish

Empire Alloys began as a small job-work unit in 1992. Over three decades it has added every step needed to turn scrap and imported raw material into finished components: a copper and brass foundry, an extrusion press, forging presses and a machine shop of CNCs, VMCs and special-purpose machines.

For a buyer, that means fewer hand-offs. The brass rod in your part was made in the same plant that machines, inspects and packs it, and every process is recorded under ISO 9001:2015.
