Overview

Jamnagar is known for brass parts, and buyers sourcing connectors there have a large choice of workshops. What sets Empire Alloys apart is vertical integration: started in 1992 as a small job-work unit, the company now imports raw material, melts it in induction furnaces, extrudes brass rod on a 400 MT press and machines finished connectors on CNC, VMC and special-purpose machines at its Dared, Jamnagar plant.

That means one supplier controls alloy, rod size, machining and plating for your connectors. The plant handles parts from 3 mm to 125 mm and from 0.0003 g to 5 kg, which covers the smallest terminal screws up to heavy earthing connectors.

Brass electrical parts made here go to panel builders, switchgear makers, earthing contractors and exporters. Browse specific products below or send your drawing.

Materials, plating and packing

Free-cutting brass (CZ121 / IS 319 type) is the default for machined parts; copper, copper alloys, aluminium, gunmetal and steel are also processed in-house. Plating options at Empire Alloys include tin, copper, chrome, nickel and zinc, with shot blasting and nitric wash available as surface treatments.

Parts are packed to suit the shipment: PVC or thermal PVC bags, cartons, shrink-wrap, strapped wooden cases or pallets, with every bag and carton labelled for easy identification.
