Overview
Electrical fittings are the installation hardware that connects conduits, glands and enclosures. They must hold the thread, seal against dust and keep earth continuity through the conduit system.
Empire Alloys manufactures brass electrical fittings in metric and imperial threads. Male-female bushes are produced from 16 mm to 10 mm (metric) and 1/2" to 2" (imperial), and adapters are offered natural or nickel plated.

Materials, plating and packing
Free-cutting brass (CZ121 / IS 319 type) is the default for machined parts; copper, copper alloys, aluminium, gunmetal and steel are also processed in-house. Plating options at Empire Alloys include tin, copper, chrome, nickel and zinc, with shot blasting and nitric wash available as surface treatments.
Parts are packed to suit the shipment: PVC or thermal PVC bags, cartons, shrink-wrap, strapped wooden cases or pallets, with every bag and carton labelled for easy identification.
