Overview
Hydraulic hose assemblies need an end fitting on each side: a tail that goes into the hose and a threaded or flare end that connects to the system, held by a crimped or reusable ferrule.
Empire Alloys machines these parts in brass for low and medium-pressure hose systems, fluid-transfer lines and equipment where corrosion resistance matters. Threads include BSP, BSPT, NPT, JIC, SAE and metric.

Materials, plating and packing
Free-cutting brass (CZ121 / IS 319 type) is the default for machined parts; copper, copper alloys, aluminium, gunmetal and steel are also processed in-house. Plating options at Empire Alloys include tin, copper, chrome, nickel and zinc, with shot blasting and nitric wash available as surface treatments.
Parts are packed to suit the shipment: PVC or thermal PVC bags, cartons, shrink-wrap, strapped wooden cases or pallets, with every bag and carton labelled for easy identification.
